SATRACHEE Foundation is a research institution recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and has been actively functioning since January 2021. The Foundation is primarily dedicated to promoting, conducting, and publishing research in the fields of language, literature, education, society, politics, art and culture. The literature of Bihar and its literary figures are among the Foundation’s key priorities. In the coming years, the Foundation plans to publish biographies of eminent literary personalities of Bihar, anthologies of their works, and critical studies highlighting their literary contributions and distinctive features. The Foundation will also organize seminars and conferences from time to time to facilitate fresh perspectives on prominent literary figures and significant intellectual and cultural discourses. One of the Foundation’s future objectives is to strengthen its financial capacity so that it can provide economic support to writers, researchers, and creative artists. This support will enable them to pursue their intellectual and creative endeavors without compromising their integrity, thereby enriching society with high-quality intellectual and artistic contributions. In addition, the Foundation is committed to supporting learners, especially girls, whose education is interrupted or adversely affected due to financial constraints. It will make every effort to provide them with financial assistance to help them continue and complete their education. The journals “SATRACHEE” (A Quarterly Research Journal) and “Shodh Sanvid” (A Multidisciplinary Half-Yearly Research Journal) have been published independently and continuously since 2014. Their publication is now being carried out under the auspices of the SATRACHEE Foundation.

‘सत्राची फाउंडेशन’ कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013, सेक्‍शन 8 के तहत कारपोरेट मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्‍यता प्राप्‍त एक शोध संस्‍था है जो जनवरी, 2021 से सक्रिय है। यह संस्‍था मुख्‍य रूप से भाषा, साहित्‍य, शिक्षा, समाज, राजनीति एवं संस्‍कृति से संबंधित विषयों में शोध करने-करवाने के साथ-साथ उसे प्रकाशित करने का उद्देश्‍य रखती है।
बिहार के साहित्‍यकार एवं उनका साहित्‍य इस संस्‍था की प्राथमिकताओं में है। आने वाले दिनों में बिहार के प्रमुख साहित्‍यकारों की जीवनी, उनकी रचनाओं की संचयिता एवं उनके साहित्यिक वैशिष्‍ट्य को उद्घाटित करने वाली आलोचनात्‍मक पुस्‍तकों का प्रकाशन किया जाएगा। संस्‍था द्वारा समय-समय पर संंगोष्ठियों का आयोजन कर प्रमुख साहि‍त्यिक विभूतियों एवं महत्‍वपूर्ण विषयों-विमर्शों को नए सिरे से समझने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।इस संस्‍था की आगामी योजना यह भी है कि हम अपनी आर्थिक क्षमता का विकास कर लेखकों, शोधार्थियों एवं रचनाकारों को आर्थिक संरक्षण दे सकें ताकि वे अपनी बौद्धिकता एवं रचनाधर्मिता के साथ समझौता न कर समाज को उच्‍चस्‍तरीय बौद्धिक एवं कलात्‍मक उत्‍पाद से परिपुष्‍ट कर सकें। इसके अलावा हमारी संस्‍था उन शिक्षार्थियों, विशेषकर लड़कियों, को आर्थिक संरक्षण प्रदान करने का प्रयास करेगी जिनकी शिक्षा अर्थाभाव के कारण बीच में ही छूट जाती है अथवा ठीक से नहीं हो पाती।‘सत्राची’ (शोध त्रैमासिक) एवं ‘शोध संविद’ (बहुविषयी शोध अर्द्धवार्षिक) नामक ये दोनों पत्रिकाएँ 2014 से लगातार स्‍वतंत्र रूप से प्रकाशित होती आ रही हैं। अब इनका प्रकाशन ‘सत्राची फाउंडेशन’ के द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
